So many fantastical ideas, so little time.

I’ve recently joined a few “Mastermind” groups as part of my continuing education – so many great ideas out there, but so little time to implement them.  I really need to find a virtual assistant.  My real life assistant (who is still waiting for spring semester at MTSU) is not quite as “motivated” as I’d like…. 

Tried virtual assistants before, but spent more time explaining things than getting work done.  Any suggestions?
